Returns / Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our pieces, being that they are one of a kind and/or small batch, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We will never sell 2nd hand or returned earrings due to the hygiene issues associated and do not accept change of mind returns for this reason.
If you wish to cancel your order this will be at our discretion depending on the status of your order. If it has already been picked, packed and postage paid you may be charged a small cancellation fee to cover the cost of postage. If the order has not been booked or shipped we are usually happy to cancel any orders. Please just get in touch with us ASAP to avoid disappointment! Please always read the item description before checking out.

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have received please reach out to our team at hello@madebybec.com or through our contact us section on our site without 24 hours of receiving the order so that we can discuss a resolution and your feedback can be logged. We are always eager to learn and grow.
Please note that any return shipping costs will be at the buyers expense and will not be covered unless explicitly advised and arranged prior with reasonable cause. If any items are sent back to us prior to discussion and arrangement a refund will not be honoured.
Damages
We will ensure items are packed and protected as best as possible to aim to avoid damage or exposure to extreme weather. In the unlikely event your items arrive damaged, please ensure to take photographs of the damaged packaging and items and contact us immediately. Sometimes the parcel itself may be damaged but the items are not which is why it’s important to not dispose of original packaging before speaking to us or we may not be able to honour a credit or resolution. Note that depending on the cause of the damage we may need to reach out to the courier and lodge a claim through them. We will aim to reduce any hassle to customers as best as possible in the unlikely event this occurs. Photos can be emailed through to hello@madebybec.com along with your order reference number.
Where available we will opt at our discretion to replace damaged or lost parcels as we see fit. Each situation is treated on a case-by-case basis depending on stock availability. One-off items cannot be replaced and a refund may be offered in this instance.
Shipping
All Australian orders will incur a flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 AUD which will be applied to your cart during checkout. Express post can be selected if you would prefer (additional charges apply).
Processing Time
All orders will be processed, picked, quality checked and packed (with love) before they are shipped to you.
Please allow up to 2 business days processing time before your order will be shipped. This does not include Pre-Order or made-to-order custom items. These will have specific timeframes which will be advised for each relevant launch / item.
Note that shipping times may vary based on the size and quantity of your items, location of the destination (distance from Sydney, NSW), Local & National (Public) Holidays and possible courier company delays and/or strikes.
Once the items are scanned with the shipping courier, we are no longer able to control the timeframe for the package(s). Damaged, lost or stolen packages after they are scanned into transit are the responsibility of the courier and buyer. Tracking will always be provided where available to aim to ensure nothing goes wrong with your parcel. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If there are any other issues please do not hesitate to reach out and one of our friendly team will look into it for you. As we are a small business we cannot always provide replacements for damaged, lost or stolen packages however we will endeavour to ensure a pleasant outcome for all.

We will always share tracking information where possible with the buyer. If you have any concerns regarding tracking, please contact us and / or the shipping company directly for more information. We will do our best to assist in any instance however we too are at the mercy of Australia Post once the items have been sent.

Shipping Addresses
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Shipping addresses cannot be altered after shipping has been paid. We are not responsible for items shipped/delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you have provided an incorrect address, please get in touch with us ASAP to aim to reduce disappointment!
